- No discussion on matters that include personnel, legal matters, land issues, or other items included in the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act.
- Speakers are encouraged to keep comments to facts or seeking information, and avoid hearsay.
- Public members cannot discuss matters that are already included as items on the agenda for that meeting.
- This opportunity is limited to residents of the Town of Vermilion.
- If you are not a resident, you may provide a written request to the CAO (cao@vermilion.ca), to be considered as a delegation at a future Regular Meeting of Council.
Please note: issues and concerns sent in by email (mayor@vermilion.ca) or by phone (780-581-2405) can be addressed privately or publicly at the public commentary session.
Any in-camera portion of a Council meeting is closed to the public to discuss matters as permitted under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
